山科智慧园位于杭州瓶窑新城，总占地41亩，总建筑面积59005平方。毗邻云城和杭州火车西站，依托城西科创空间重塑、交通格局提升、中法航空大学建成等区域发展优势，塑造瓶窑新区“画山意水，城上之城”的总体定位。盛和美接到导视设计委托，明确设计需要与国际接轨，针对创新型园区的特性，以极简的标识造型凸显现代科技，融入通透“会呼吸”的材料，并结合夜间灯光效果营造出该园区专业、严谨、沉稳、商务的办公氛围。

Located in Pingyao New Town, Hangzhou, Seck Wisdom Park spans a total area of 41 mu (approximately 6.83 acres) with a gross floor area of 59,005 square meters. Adjacent to Yuncheng and Hangzhou West Railway Station, the park leverages regional development advantages such as the reconstruction of the West Hangzhou Science and Innovation Hub, enhanced transportation networks, and the establishment of the Sino-French Aeronautical University. It aligns with Pingyao New Town’s overarching vision of "Painting Mountains and Contemplating Waters, A City Above the City."
Shenghemei, entrusted with the wayfinding design, emphasizes the need for the design to align with international standards. Tailored to the innovative nature of the park, the concept features minimalist signages that highlight modern technology, incorporates translucent, "breathable" materials, and integrates nighttime lighting effects. These elements collectively create a professional, meticulous, sober, and business-oriented office atmosphere for the park.
